Our bourbon balsamic came about because we love Bourbon. We thought that it would be a great glaze on grilled red meats, and we were right about that. This balsamic has all the subtle flavors of a well aged bourbon like strong notes of vanilla, a fruity spiciness and even the subtle effects of aging in charred barrels. When used in cooking, think of it as a great ingredient wherever you might want the vanilla and fruit flavors imparted by bourbon without the overpowering alcohol flavors. This do not contain any alcohol.
